How We Use Your Information

Newsletter: Send weekly insights about EdTech strategy challenges (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Service Delivery: Respond to inquiries, scheduling, deliver the services you've purchased, post-strategy guidance

Business Development: With your explicit permission, we may use anonymized insights from our work together in articles, case studies, or presentations. Client names and identifying details are never shared without separate written consent.

Testimonials: We may request permission to use your feedback in our marketing materials. This is always optional and requires your explicit approval.

What We Don't Do

Our Anti-Spam Policy tolerates only permission-based email. You may choose to opt-out of our mailing list. All emails sent to you will be compliant with CAN-SPAM and will include the option to unsubscribe from receiving communication from us.

At any point in time, you may opt-out from receiving communication from us by:

  • Clicking the link at the bottom of our communications which indicates “opt-out” or “unsubscribe,” or

Confidentiality & Security

We use industry-standard security measures. For client engagements involving sensitive business information, additional security protocols are outlined in our service agreements.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, and phone number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

We use Calendly for appointment scheduling, which collects your name, email, and phone number. For paid consultations booked through Calendly, payment processing is handled by Stripe.
